Helpful and attentive staff

Staff very friendly, food was good and especially on the last day when it was not so crowded anymore, it was very pleasant

Unfortunately, the hotel was totally overcrowded, so the community areas were much too small and very loud due to the masses of children. The dining room and the bar were completely overcrowded. A SPA area was advertised, but it did not meet the expectations. It was also full of small children, although access under 16 was not allowed.

front of desk staff happy, changed our room quickly as there were some problems with original, let us check in early, generally friendly people, no major complaints, easy access to the pistes and shops, one of the better hotels in pas de la casa, will stay again as pretty much the rest of the hotels in pas are pretty awful and this is one of the better ones.

huge staircase to reception, rooms were old and tired, tiled floor, food was basic, beds hard and uncomfortable, we had a quadruple room and were expected to make up additional beds ourselves, not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel, smoking in rooms and hotel although normal for andorra, wifi did not work well in room at all. Parking issues outside but then its a town centre hotel.

I've already been there before, so didn't decide for a long time.

Helpful, best staff, magnificent location right by a hill in Pas de la Casa, the Pas de la Casa bus stop and the town centre. Huge king room, comfortable beds.

Fantastic service from the staff. Loved the excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of options and 6 kinds of milk! The bar area was a great spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.

There were some delays with food during peak hours that could be improved.

The hotel was ideal with marvellous location in an excellent position. Location: the venue was not far from Andorra and the ski lift. Fast food restaurant Snack Bar el Xalet was 200 metres away from the place. Really enjoyed quick check-in and late check-out. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

Comfortable room, lovely breakfast, with a hot powerful shower and friendly staff who were particularly good at making every interaction enjoyable .

Everything was just right.

I loved my stay here, especially the warm and comfy room that made coming back from skiing a treat. The excellent WiFi kept me connected. The relaxing sauna was a perfect escape after hitting the slopes. One minor thing is that the breakfast service could be a bit chaotic, but don't let that stop you from enjoying your time here! 😊

A good surprise in the heart of the mountains! Breakfasts and dinners boast a varied menu, ensuring every meal is a treat. Just be prepared for bustling dining hours and some noise from nearby bars.

The food at this hotel provided an excellent variety, with fresh eggs and a daily changing menu at dinner. The ski lockers made accessing the slopes easy and hassle-free.

the jacuzzi area was too cold.

It was just an appropriate option for a city escape in Pas De La Casa with good value for price. The fun atmosphere in the bar area every evening, with live sports on TV and games like pool, made the stay enjoyable. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid long queues during busy times.

My kids wished for more variety in the breakfast options.

We had a triple room, and it was spacious and comfortable-definitely a nice surprise. The heating worked really well, great after a long day on the slopes. The shower was super powerful and hot.
